# Plugin Deactivates on Update

 * Hi there,
 * I just applied the 4.0 update and got the error message that the plugin was deactivated
   because the plugin file was missing. But then I clicked the Activate button to
   see what would happen, and it worked. Is there still a problem or should it work
   now?

 * Yep I get the same, just updated and after deactivation I get this message:
    
   The plugin rvg-optimize-database/rvg-optimize-db.php has been deactivated due
   to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

 * Like I said, after activating it, everything is working fine.
