    Hi there,

I wanted to use this nice plugin to show my clients my calendar. But when active, it totally destroys my website. I’m on WordPress 6.8.1 using Elementor Pro for editing and creating new pages and the Royal Elementor Kit as theme.

I deactivated the plugin a few minutes ago because I want my website to work properly.

Can’t find the problem. Never had a similar issue with other plugins.

    Thanks in advance

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi, can you be a bit more specific about what’s happening? Does the site slow down? Does it crash completely? Are all pages affected, just the page with the calendar, just the WP admin, etc.? Does this happen immediately when the plugin is activated, or only when you’re loading your calendar?

In order to troubleshoot the issue, I’d need to know your calendar feed URL and also get the System Report from the ICS Calendar admin page, if you’re able to load it. Don’t post those here; please use the Support Request Form to provide those details.

If you’re not able to load admin pages with the plugin active (and therefore can’t get to the System Report), getting the details of your Site Health page will be basically the same; go to Tools > Site Health, click the Info tab at the top, and then click the Copy site info to clipboard button. You can paste that into the support form where it asks for the System Report.

    Thanks.

Done. I just submitted all informations. Thanks in advance

Just following up here to close the ticket. Appears to be a layout glitch with Elementor, in editing mode only. Doesn’t affect general front-end site visitors. Will continue to monitor conflicts with Elementor.
