 * Can someone tell me from experience the best way to have my plugin run an install
   function at activation? I have read the WP articles about register_activation_hook
   and it does not work correctly for me. It throws errors for me left and right,
   and from my research it seems other people have had the same issues.
 * I need to install a DB table at activation, what have you done is what I would
   like to know. Thanks!
