# Plugin did not work properly.

 * Installed the trial version and was never able to complete a first backup after
   over 3 days to our google drive.
 * Contacted their support about it and was given the same canned response many 
   others have received here (blah blah incremental, google drive is slow try S3/
   wasabi etc).
 * Installed another top backup plugin that immediately backed up my entire site
   in 20min to google drive.
 * During the first backup, plugin lost connection to google drive twice and didn’t
   notify me there was a problem. Had to manually check to find under the settings
   tab that server connection was lost but a casual glance at the UI would indicate
   it was still in progress.
