# Plugin didn't work

 * Hi everyone
 * I have a problem with installed plugin. After successful installation, when I
   create new page FAQ and want to add shortcodes like Quote and Spoiler I saw that
   it didn’t work.
 * Then I try another shortcodes but the results are the same. Didn’t work.

 * Please, help to fix it.

 * Seemsno one even SU team don’t want to answer or they know that and don’t want
   to help, maybe they have no any solutions.
 * Anyway, where WordPress forum administrations are watching? Why you do not take
   action against that scammers?? Why wordpres support them?
 * NO IDEA.. Again It kills my confidence in the products wordpress
