The Custom Sidebars – Dynamic Widget Area Manager itself is working fine, but since the last update I can no longer edit site features via the Customize feature. When I click on Customize, I get the customize menu and the all the edit buttons, but when I try and edit a sidebar content, the changes cannot be saved, the Publish button remains grayed out.

When the plugin is deactivated, all works fine. I’m up to date on all my versions as stated below:

    Word Press: 5.1.1
    Theme: MH Magazine 3.8.0
    Custom Sidebar: 3.2.3

    Thanks for any help

  • Hello @emolnar

    Hope you are doing well!

I’m sorry to hear you have this issue

When the plugin is deactivated, all works fine.

Please deactivate all the plugins and leave the Custom Sidebars plugin active. See if the issue still persists.

If all is well, start activating one plugin at a time, each time testing if the issue is back. This way you will find a plugin that conflicts.

Based on the theme’s changelog, the latest version released is v3.8.6. Please update the theme and see if the issue is there.

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
