You would need to copy the entire code, paste it in a tool like Notepad, and then copy just the form action URL. * If you want to display your optin form on a single page, select the `Don't display on posts and custom post types` and `Don't display on pages` options under Form Placement, and add the following shortcode to the post or page where you want your optin form to appear: `[optinform]`. It would be very helpful if you could give your users the ability to optionally remove the plugin data when they uninstall it.
