# Plugin Documentation?

 * Is there any actual plugin documentation? Nothing I’ve found explains how to 
   use the plugin. Your A-Z guide is anything but an A-Z guide. It’s a very basic
   installation guide. I do not speak French, so your Youtube tutorials are of no
   use to me. I have options labeled “Training AI” and “Activate”. “Training AI”
   creates something called an “Embed”, then I “Activate” and the row background
   color indicates the “Embed” I’ve just created isn’t up to date with the post.
   If I refresh the page, all “Embeds” disappear. There are no clear directions 
   on how to use this plugin. What is your refund process?

 * SmartSearchWP was designed to be as **simple and intuitive as possible**, which
   is why I haven’t felt the need to create an exhaustive documentation. The available
   settings are clearly explained on the plugin’s configuration page, and a **FAQ
   section** is provided to address common questions.
 * I’m sorry to hear that you find the plugin too complex to use—this is the **first
   time I’ve received such feedback** regarding its usability. That being said, 
   I understand that every user has different expectations.
