Hi @jeferssons
If there’s Redis then it won’t get cleared “on its own” if it’s not connected to Hummingbird which may cause such issues – with cache content kind of “overlapping”.
On “Hummingbird -> Caching -> Integrations” page you can configure connection to your Redis instance and that would make Hummingbird also clear Redis cache when Hummingbird’s cache is cleared.
If it still doesn’t help, try also enabling the “clear full cache when post/page is updated” option on “HUmmingbird -> Caching -> Page Cache” page.
Best regards,
Adam
I put the website to do the automatic compression, when I am logged in it breaks the css of the main theme of the background, but if I log out, it is normal.
About nginx would I have to disable wordpress redis plugins? Because, when trying to login through your plugin, there is an authentication error, however, if I leave without a password, saved information appears. I also searched the forum. And I saw that it may be a problem with advanced-cache.php created by your plugin, since redis works with the same name.
Hey there, @jeferssons, thank you for following up.
If you have two plugins that serves the same purposes, then the second plugin installed might not work, specially in this case if they create the same file to control caching options.
I would suggest, in order to run some tests, to disable the redis cache plugin and make sure that Hummingbird is configured.
I was also wondering if your hosts might have caching features by default, could you please let us know who is your hosting provider to confirm this option.
Regards,
Jorge
