But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. This forum is visible to everyone who see support threads (even logged out uses). * Regarding the issue, this is working fine for us and no one reported this in recent time. But most of the people are not technical guys, we have to tell them this as the first step, I hope you can not deny this 🙂 Also this forum is for reporting the issue so that author can check for this and fix in future. But if issue is not found by the author, that means there is something wrong with your own server and author can not give general fix.
