 * [@ame-network](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ame-network/) Please don’t
   offer to let anyone log into your site. I’ve redacted your offer as that is going
   too far and not permitted here.

 * Please be patient and wait for the author to reply to your topic.

 * [@jdembowski](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jdembowski/) It is common practice
   to allow qualified support personell to access a site for diagnostic purposes.
   But sure, we’re hopeful for a response from the actual author.
 * Thanks

 * [@ame-network](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ame-network/) No, it’s not
   here and if you keep doing that then you are going to get into real trouble in
   these forums.
 * _Do not do that again here._ All of your replies will be redacted every time
   you answer that way.
 * This is the standard reply to authors.

 * I didn’t post that because I was rushed but it applies to anyone in these forums.
 * There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site
   is not be one of them.
    - Ask for a link to the [http://pasetbin.com/](http://pasetbin.com/) log of
      the user’s web server error log.
    - Ask the user to create and post a link to their `phpinfo();` output.
    - Ask the user to install the [Send System Info plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/send-system-info/)
      and get the data that way.
    - Walk the user through [enabling WP_DEBUG and how to log that output to a file and how to share that file.](https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG#WP_DEBUG_LOG_and_WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY)
    - Walk the user through basic troubleshooting steps such and disabling all other
      plugins except yours, switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme, clear their cache
      and cookies and try again.
    - Ask the user for the step-by-step on how they can reproduce the problem.
 * You get the idea.
 * Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all
   users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that
   will get you into real trouble in these forums.

 * Hi [@ame-network](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ame-network/),
 * First of all [@jdembowski](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jdembowski/) is
   right, you should not share login access to public forums. This forum is visible
   to everyone who see support threads (even logged out uses).
 * Regarding the issue, this is working fine for us and no one reported this in
   recent time. I suggest you to check by deactivating all other plugins accept
   WP Support Plus, sometimes there may be conflict with some other plugin.
 * You can also contact us via Facebook on below page:

 * [@jdembowski](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jdembowski/) As for the login,
   we asked the author for an email to which we could securely send a temporary
   login. As for trouble, personally, you’re talkin’ to the wrong guy, get off you’re
   childish high horse and don’t make me laugh. That worries me about as much as
   a demerit. Would you like to take away a couple of gold stars, too?
 * [@pradeepmakone07](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pradeepmakone07/) Regarding
   the plugin, We have been doing this a long time and the first thing done was
   to check for plugin conflicts. If that’s all the assistance you will offer then
   we’d say at this time that the plugin, and its so-called WordPress support, are
   duds.
 * Thanks anyway!

 * Hi [@ame-network](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ame-network/) again,
 * > As for the login, we asked the author for an email to which we could securely

 * I personally agree you but on this forum, there are some rules which we have
   to follow to support this wonderful open source program “WordPress”.

 * It is good thing that you have already checked for the conflicts and you know
   how to check this. But most of the people are not technical guys, we have to
   tell them this as the first step, I hope you can not deny this 🙂
    Also this
   forum is for reporting the issue so that author can check for this and fix in
   future. But if issue is not found by the author, that means there is something
   wrong with your own server and author can not give general fix. In such cases,
   you will need personalized professional support on author website. That is why
   I asked you to contact on facebook. Alternatively you can purchase add-ons from
   us and create support ticket. Please visit plugin website below for more details:

 * [@pradeepmakone07](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pradeepmakone07/) I may
   try you on Facebook. However, to spend money to get basic support for something
   that does not work as advertised out-of-the-box would be foolish. Thx

 * Not really. Because you’ll get 100% refund if we fail to fix issues.
