# Plugin does not load

 * Hi I have installed the plugin a month ago, but it does not loads it say ‘Please
   wait..” but the screen does not loads anything it is complete blank.

    You cant expect anyone
   to look here after its been marked as resolved. (You can unmark it, look at the
   sidebar)

 * [@buzztify](https://wordpress.org/support/users/buzztify/) Based on the previous
   messages, my understanding was that you’ve found your theme to be the culprit
   and that the plugin works fine when using a different theme.
 * Because of that I recommend reaching out to your theme developer to let them 
   know of this incompatibility.
