 * Thank you for using my plugin and sorry that you are having issues with it.
 * There are a few things it could be, there might be a caching issue, although 
   that shouldn’t still be happening.
 * Might I ask you for a screen shot of your current settings page please? I’ll 
   have a look through and see if anything looks out of the ordinary.
