# Email Designer never loads

 * When I try to go to the Email Designer, it just spins and never loads.

 * Hey,
    This could be a couple things based on your setup. If you can access the
   left menu then make sure to select a real order under the email type and text
   section.
 * Else if you can’t see the settings then try deactivating plugins as a test and
   let me know what you find.
