 * Trying to update passwords and roles……nothing sticks
 * here is sample file
    Username,Email,Password,Role 00052,frah@comcast.net,XXXEB,
   Active 00060,angela@crossroadspets.com,XXXFX,Active 01030,northwestvet@sbcglobal.
   net,XAXCX,Active 01032,moovet@earthlink.net,XAXCB,Active 01056,greg@drkeeker.
   com,XAXEF,Active
 * tried with comma and pipe neither works.
    Nothing is changed. Wordpress 4.9.6

 * Try to use a good CSV software like LibreOffice.
 * Save it as CSV and then try again.
