# plugin does not work

 * I have been trying for a long time to connect to Printful to woocommerce , but
   unfortunately it does not work. Can you please find out what the problem is and
   help me solve it?

 * **Printful ‘Support’ had the audacity to tell me the reason why all my product
   uploads failed was because the _Printful Woocommerce plugin doesn’t work with
   the latest version of Word Press, or the latest version  of PHP, and the Printful
   Woocommerce plugin doesn’t work with the latest version of Woocommerce!_**
 * **_After admitting (after 3+ months of denial) that the error was on Printful
   the whole time_**, their only suggestion to fix the issue was that I revert my
   version of WordPress to 6.1 and my version of Woocommerce (8.2) to 7.5.1 – meaning
   that I also had to lower my PHP version from 8.2 to 7.3 to work with their lagging
   plugin compatibility.
 * Reverting the PHP broke half of my essential plug-ins, and even after reverting
   both Woo & WP the Printful plug-in **_STILL DID NOT WORK._**
 * Dont expect Printful to care at all about their failed technology, or about you.
   That’s the sad, real facts in 2023
