# Plugin does not work

 * Your plugin does not work at this time. It says there is a critical error. You
   can’t access anything in woo commerce and the affiliates also can’t do anything
   on my website when they go to their affiliate location. PLEASE HELP

 * Could you try removing the plugin and re-installing the latest version?

 * Yes, I’ve tried everything and debugged and nothing. It’s still down. sometimes
   I can get into but the second I click something it throws an error. Please see
   error below. I deactivated each plug in and tried to access the plug in and still
   the same error.

 * I cant even go to setting with the plug in, the error message is get is “There
   has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email
   inbox for instruction. If you continue to have problems, please try the support
   forums.” I have affiliate that I need to take care of and I can’t do ANYTHING
   when it comes to this plugin. Im now 1 week behind on getting my affiliates taken
   care of.

 * Since it is saying “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check
   your site admin email inbox for instruction” did you get an email with more instructions?
 * If not have you you enabled “WP_DEBUG” and “WP_DEBUG_LOG” and checked the error
   logs more a more detailed error message? An easy way to enable this and check
