# Plugin does not work

 * I’m trying to show my publications with ORCID, but the plugin displays this message:
 * Warning: There was a problem getting data from the source. The remote server 
   may be down, or there might be an error somewhere. Please try again in a few 
   minutes.
 * The ORCID is correct: 0000-0002-9455-4906
 * You know what can happen?

 * Dear Casey Ydenberg,
    I also have problems with the plugin. I get a warning each
   time that I click ‘save settings” after adding an identifier (PubMed, ORCID, 
   ImpactStory). I tried to solve the prb by myself, but I’m not a programmer. Would
   it be possible that some php modules were disabled on my university server? If
   you can help me solve the prb, that would be appreciated. I wrote the specific
   warnings below. Thanks a lot for your time, I understand that helping people
