Could you check if the account you’re using has admin access? If so, is your website using a multi-site setup? I want to try replicating the issue on my side.
Moreover, could I ask the version of the following:
- WordPress
- PHP
- the name of your hosting provider

Hello, yes I have the admin access and the website does not use a multi-site setup.
WordPress :Version6.4.2
PHP: 8.0
Hosting provider: Rapidenet

Thank you for your message and the information.
Have you tried deactivating and reactivating The Events Calendar plugin and purging your cache (if you’re using one)?
