 * Yes, the Testimonial plugin is compatible with the Divi theme. We tried to visit
   your site but unfortunately, the page is password protected. So we are unable
   to see and inspect the testimonial.
 * After getting your query we have tested the plugin with the Divi the and the 
   Divi builder again and the testimonial is showing properly on our end. Actually,
   it’s tough for us to provide a solution without seeing the issue.
