# Plugin Does Not Work–Period

 * I always get this notice on my dashboard and I have it there now:
 * In order to configure and activate the plugin, it first must download a list 
   of available languages from GTS. We encountered an error while trying to fetch
   this information (technical reason : problem parsing response from [http://translate.gts-translation.com:80/api/getAvailableLanguages](http://translate.gts-translation.com:80/api/getAvailableLanguages)).
 * Click here to try again. If the problem persists, please contact [info@gts-translation.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-does-not-work-period/info@gts-translation.com?output_format=md).
 * I have contacted the plugin developer, but there has been no reply. Granted, 
   it has been a holiday a couple days ago, but I would like a response from anyone
   who has been able to make this plugin work. I want this plugin to work. I cannot
   configure it at all.
