 * ​May I ask, do you have any caching plugin active on your site? If yes, then 
   could you please try to **disable asset caching** under your **Popup Maker** 
   > **Settings** > **Misc** and check it again if that helps you solve the problem?

 * and it may depend on hosting?
    never had problems with caching and Popup Maker,
   I make a website on another hosting and the problem appeared …

 * Thank you for your reply and we apologize for taking long to get back.
 * This happens when a server cache is active. It could conflict with the cache 
   plugin while you have disabled the asset caching of Popup Maker.
 * To avoid cache conflict, after saving the popup settings, kindly clear the cache
   of the caching plugin and the server cache as well.
