# Plugin does not work with gmail

 * Hello, I am having problems with the registration of users to the newsletter.
   When a Gmail is used, the confirmation e-mail does not reach the users, so they
   cannot click on the link to be added to the list.
 * What could be the problem?

 * Please note that the confirmation email is sent by Mailchimp, not by our plugin.
   
   If it doesn’t arrive it likely has to do with SPF/DKIM setup causing the email
   to go to spam. You can ask Mailchimp for further support on this.
