Have you done basic troubleshooting by activating a WordPress theme like twentytwentyone to rule out a theme conflict? The other basic troubleshooting is to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Gift Wrapper to rule out plugin conflicts. This is all discussed in the FAQ. * Another thing sometimes people forget is to give their gift wrap a price, even if it’s $0. A WooCommerce product is not complete until it has a price. You have not mentioned that, and at this point it’s crucial and possibly the issue. * 1. You have created a product with a price. This product represents your actual gift wrap: e.g., the box, the paper, the bag. * 2. You have put that product into a category to represent gift wraps on your site. There might only be one, but it needs to be in a category. Yours is “Gift wrap.” * 3. What does your [WP debugging](https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#wp_debug) say? Have you turned it on?
