# Plugin doesn’t actually work?

 * Was hoping to use this but when I open the WPIDE panel in WordPress it shows 
   nothing but a blank screen. Clicking the different tabs doesn’t do anything.

 * Hi there, are you using windows hosting or xampp on windows ?
 * If that is the case, we just released 3.4.2, the plugin should now support Windows
   hosting.
 * If not, please let me know if you see any errors within the browser console.

 * Hello, same issue it seems where the file manager, editor and DB manager all 
   show blank on live site. Regards

 * Guys, It would really help if I can see the error logs. Usually, when you enable
   those 2 constants in wp-config.php
 *     ```
       // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
       define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
   
       // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
       define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
       ```
   
 * You should then see the debug log file in: /wp-content/debug.log
 * If it’s a big file, you can use [https://gist.github.com/](https://gist.github.com/)
   or [https://pastebin.com/](https://pastebin.com/) to paste your log file and 
   then post the link to that paste in here

 * I have this same issues, and have reached out to support, but the console logs
   show me this:

 * The error that you pasted does not seem to be coming from our plugin.
 * Also note that a new version was released today, V3.4.4, please let me know if
   that version works for you.
