# Plugin doesn’t import all information

 * We are using the plugin for one of our clients and they are experiencing issues
   with the details of job openings. A recent addition was synced, but doesn’t include
   the description text. According to the client, the description is there in Personio.
   Even when we sync manually, the description does not appear in the plugin. Can
   this be solved?

 * Hello and thank you for the question.
 * Please check the language settings on the plugin. Under Positions > Settings 
   you can select German and English as languages. In which language are the description
   texts stored in Personio? This must match the information here. If the texts 
   in Personio are stored in English, but English is not checked here, the texts
   will not be imported. Languages other than German and English are only supported
   in the Pro version of our plugin.
 * If the setting is correct, please take a close look at the positions in the backend
   under Positions. You can there view the details where you can see everything 
   that has been imported for the positions. Are the texts there visible?
 * If no solution could be found so far, a link to the website in question and the
   Personio URL (specified under Positions > Settings) would be important for a 
   further assistants of the problem.

 * Client changed the language in Personio and after manual sync we got the description.
