Nah, I’m not using BlueHost Cloud Services, if you’d like I can provide remove control access to let you have access to the .htaccess, plugin, wordpress… etc

I did think of one other thing you can try that will eliminate a lot of things. Install a test WordPress site and only install the BPS plugin and use the WordPress 2013 Theme. This will tell you whether or not it is a Host Server issue or something on your Live site is causing the problem.

I just thought of something obvious that is most likely the cause of the problem. Check with your web host and send them a copy of the secure.htaccess file in this folder: /bulletproof-security/admin/htaccess/secure.htaccess and ask them if they are blocking any of this .htaccess code. Since BPS displays the secure.htaccess and root .htaccess file code on the htaccess File Editor page then if your Host is blocking this code or does not allow .htaccess files to be used on your website then this would cause this problem.
