# Plugin doesn’t respond

 * Hi, just installed the We’re Open plugin but having trouble configuring it – 
   the tabs in the settings don’t respond and always just shows the first “Setup”
   tab and I can’t get to any of the others (e.g. “Separators & Text”). Tried in
   Chrome and Edge, same response.

   heard of this occurring before now. The tab navigation sends data to your web
   server so it can keep track of the current tab. There could be a conflict within
   the current plugin or a different one that’s installed.
