 * Hello
 * I use this plugin on 2 websites and I meet the issue on both.
    I have 6000 and
   10000 subscribers and newsletters are never sent to all subscribers. It is like
   if cron was stopping at some point. I tried to schedule the newsletters or to
   send them straight away while putting them on a queue and the result is the same.
   It appears it send less newsletters when they are schedule. If I send the mails
   without putting on a queue, it is ok but it takes ages.
 * Could someone please hemp me? Thanks a lot !!

 * Hi, the issue seems to be related to cron. This is a summary of tips about cron:

 * Hello
 * I created an external cron on easycron.com but I got the same issue while the
   cron always succeeded.
    It is like the emails stop when I log out from admin.
   Could this be possible?
 * Thanks again !

 * Maybe you have to choose a right setup for the cron batch sending. If you set
   to send too much emails for your server limits, it could happen that all emails
   cannot be sent. Just to be sure, ask to your provider about the limits of sending
   emails per day, per hour, per minute, per batch.
    Here an explanation about plugin
   batch sending settings.: [http://www.eventualo.net/blog/wp-alo-easymail-newsletter-faq/#faq-8](http://www.eventualo.net/blog/wp-alo-easymail-newsletter-faq/#faq-8)
   Then, double check also the disclaimer in plugin batch sending settings in your
   dashboard. I hope it helps.
