 * Look more closely, it does show up in the side bar as “Landing page”.

 * I can’t get this to appear either. I’ve activated the plugin, but can not view
   how to create, edit and publish it.

 * I can’t fix the backend or dashboard issues,
    The only way I figured to access
   plugin settings page in this case is by using following URL.
 *  Replace “yourdomain” in below url with the domain at plugin is installed.
