# Plugin doesn’t update tracking on Paypal

 * Hello,
 * I followed the procedure, got PayPal API credentials, added Client ID and Client
   Secret, tested connection and was successful, but when I enter the tracking info
   it doesn’t show the paypal checkbox in the dialog window, and tracking doesn’t
   get sent to Paypal.
