# plugin doesn’t work

    i try to export and get an error: Unable to export Unable to write /home/
   gsgshare/domains/domain.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/
   storage/ytsisnlv9zjf/domain.com-20160905-190343-326.wpress (i changed the domain
   name to domain.com).
 * in another domain i did manage to export, but i can’t import.
    it’s stuck for
   hours on: “Retrieving a list of all WordPress files…”
 * is the plugin working or not?
 * i try to migrate from one hosting company to another. can it be their configuration?
   php version?
 * any other solution how to make the plugin work?

    i couldn’t export because the hosting package was full. but still cannot
   import from one hosting company to another. i try several sites. it just doesn’t
   work. stuck on: Retrieving a list of all WordPress files…

   on? Could you send me an email to support at servmask.com, so I can send you 
   our RC?
