# Plugin doesn’t work

 * Hello and thank you for your plugin. I would like your help please. I added the
   plugin in my site but after updating it, it isn’t working like it is supposed
   so. It translates only a few lines and i can’t find where the problem is. I have
   read the FAQ and everything is ok. Can you please help me?

   host file can i send you to an email the credentials? I am sorry but i didn’t
   unserstand which files?

   am missing those:
 * /wp-content/plugins/google-language-translator/css/toolbar.css
 * /wp-content/plugins/google-language-translator/js/load-toolbar.js
 * Is it normal? I am sending you and credentials to tell me please if i did something
   wrong.
