# Plugin doesn’t work

 * Hi, we really love your plugin, but somehow it recently stopped working and it
   doesn’t show the box in the right style when you hover the number. :/
 * I’m not sure what triggered this, because I tried turning off all of the latest
   plugins I added, but the problem didn’t go away.
 * Here’s an example

 * When I inspect your page and look at the console, it looks like you’re getting
   a JS error on the jetpack-carousel.js script. This could be interfering with 
   the JS for qtip firing. Could you try disabling Jetpack’s Carousel plugin or 
   potentially the whole Jetpack plugin and see if that helps? If you haven’t tried
   that already that is. Clearing up the console of any JS errors should help debug
   further.
