# Plugin Doesn’t Work

 * Hi,
 * The subscriber function of sending SMS or sending it through manually typed numbers
   just send the SMS to the first person in the list and no errors are thrown. (
   have checked TWILIO & verified the same)
 * Additional requests for support for professional version is delayed (the last
   request posted via the ticketing system was on 25th no replies yet)
 * Now i am stuck with the purchase either refund me or solve the issues.

 * Hi,
 * Still not working when sending to subscriber groups. Only sends to the first 
   number in the group. Confirmed with the logs in Twilio which also shows the first
   number only.
 * I understand you are busy but if you are selling a product commercially you should
   provide proper support too.

 * I have same problem with this plug-in and Twilio. SMS is sent to first user in
   the group only. Plug-in does not work as advertised. How do I get a refund?
