 * Hi.
 * I’ve followed your instructions, but there is no tags blog in my multisite. Nothing
   was created. Tag redirection to main blog doesn’t work either. There is no relevant
   error in error log. I have WP 4.9.4, default theme twentyseventeen and just a
   few plugins. Plugin deactivation doesn’t work. How should I debug this problem?
