# Plugin doesn’t work

 * If I try to . create a sidebar i just get with a modal and loading icon that 
   never loads anything

 * I just tried to replicate this in a installation using TwentySeventeen theme 
   and no other plugin. New sidebar is being created without any problem.
 * This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins,
   and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable
   them one by one to identify the source of your troubles. Prior to this, please
   keep a complete website backup (files and database), just in case you lose any
   settings during the test, so you have a working copy to restore.

   On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and
   change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, **without affecting normal
   visitors to your site**.

 * We are using the 2017 theme. We created a sidebar but when we try to locate is
   using the sidebar loaction button I also get a modal and loading icon period.
