# Plugin doesn’t work

 * When I try to create an user on `wp-admin/users.php`, with the username as `деактивирован`,
   there is a `New user created.` notice at the top.
 * But, the user account is not created.
 * Is the plugin compatible with the latest version of WordPress? I am on WordPress
   4.9.7.
