# Plugin doesn’t work

 * I installed the Plugin, the button appears on the checkout page but after choosing
   it as a payment method there is page loading and I am directed to home.

 * This is most likely because you havent finished setting up your BitPay account(
   settlement, compliance documentation, etc)
