# Plugin Doesn’t Work

 * Hello, I’ve installed your plugin and activated several Category-based rules 
   and they don’t work at all, as well as Cart rules don’t work for me for some 
   reason. Can you check why it’s happening? I can give you access to the dashboard.
   We badly need your plugin to work.
