    i am tring to abandon my cart and get a massage not 
   working also in the setting I’m try to make mail test also not working what is
   the problem ???

 * I activate the abandoned carts so that I send WhatsApp messages to them
    Via 
   integration with webhook via ultramsg It was tested and succeeded in sending 
   from the pabbly platform
 * And after putting products in the basket and leaving them not sent
 * And it does not send
    I waited two days and does not send There is no mail There
   is no WhatsApp message

 * Thank you for your reply.
 * I must say that the Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin would only capture data 
   from the checkout page. If you’ve tried leaving the cart page, it won’t capture
   the email address, which is expected behavior.
 * Can you please test again by abandoning a checkout page (after entering an email
   address) and see if the plugin has captured the email address from WooCommerce
   > Cart Abandonment menu?
 * If the email addresses were captured but recovery emails are not going through,
   you will need to configure SMTP on your website.
