# Plugin doesn’t work

 * I see the many other requests around the plugin working. I did everything you
   suggested in the other responses. I don’t have any 3rd party shipping providers
   on my site, I have plain regular woo commerce not block, ” hide shipping until…..”
   box is unchecked in my woo shipping settings, I turned off my flat shipping rate,
   I turned it back on and none of it works, so I’m not sure what I’m not getting
   right
