# Plugin doesn’t work and HORRIBLE SUPPORT!

 * **VERY BAD SUPPORT**
 * I bought the plugin from their website, but whenI was trying to use the export
   and import option, I got an error, so my page was down!
    I immediately sent them
   a email that I needed urgent help since my site was down, they took a really 
   long time to respond and they did not answer my problems correctly. This situation
   took days! They took forever to respond! and in all those days my site did not
   work thanks to the error of this plugin. Finally, I had to do my own research
   on how to fix it. In the end I couldn’t use the plugin as it should. So I asked
   for a refund, since I didn’t want to use the plugin once again! But they told
   me they DO NOT make returns…`
