# Plugin doesn’t work anymore

 * Hello,
 * I’m using the pro version for a while but I noticed a few days ago that the plugin
   doesn’t work anymore. I can’t save or edit a survey nor I’m able to swich the
   tabs. The URL changes example: url#tab5 but nothing happens. I really need to
   create a new survey.
 * I already disabled all plugins and clear the cache but nothing helped so far.
   I tried different browsers too. My current version is 7.1.3
 * What can I do?

 * Firstly, I want to mention, that you are using the **old** **version **of the
   plugin. 
   The **latest update **of the plugin is the** 7.1.4 **version. So, please**
   update **the plugin **to the latest version **and check the case again. Surely
   make a **DB backup **for your safety (you can use [UpdraftPlus](https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/))
   so as not to lose your created data.By the way, as you are currently using the
   PRO version of the plugin, please contact us via [this form](https://ays-pro.com/contact)

 * thank you for the fast answer! I downloaded the plugin 7.1.4 (it was not available
   in wordpress and reinstalled it. Now it works.
