The support team does not respond at all and if they do, the answers are only of a general nature and do not address the problem at all. The refund of the $69 for the 1-year Professional Plan has also not been made despite several reminders. I have therefore opened a case with PayPal. The whole package from this company is not worth the money. There are plugins on the market which are workin without any issues.
