# Plugin doesn't work correct

 * I have got some problems with WP Retina 2x plugin on the web-site [http://rosbalet.ru/](http://rosbalet.ru/)

   I deleted plugin and then installed it and activated it again. It’s not help 
   me. I bought Pro version but I don’t know how can I update to Pro version. I 
   have got the key. I have got another web-site [http://rosbalet.com](http://rosbalet.com)
   and here it’s working.

 * I checked but for me it works fine, the dashboard looks completely okay. Which
   browser do you use? I tried with Chrome.
 * For the Pro it is in the setting, there is a Pro tab. I activated it for you.
 * By the way, I think you have too media sizes. Not sure what your website is about
   but that seems a lot. And a lot of plugins display messages in your admin. You
   should try to clean all this and maybe disable the plugin you don’t really need
   🙂

    I use Chrome. But I don’t understand why my thumbnail

 * That’s not related to this plugin.
 * If you look at the Retina dashboard though, you will see all the image sizes (
   squares) in your WordPress configuration. And there are many! Those are probably
   all set-up by your theme. You can click on details in the dashboard and you will
   see the list of those image sizes. That’s probably in the documentation of your
   theme.
