# Plugin doesn’t work correctly

 * Hi!
 * I’ve installed and activated the plugin last version. I’ve installed the last
   versions of Mailpoet and Contact Form 7 too.
 * I’ve followed the steps that you explain in the WordPress repository plugin and
   I’ve used a your-name field, your-email field and I’ve inserted the following
   shortcodes in my Form:
 * (this one to check the suscribe option) [mailpoetsignup mailpoetsignup-318 list:
   4 default:on “Suscribe to our NewsLetter”]
 * (This one to legal text)[mpconsent mpconsent-235 privacypage:[https://tejadasolicitors.com/privacy-policy/](https://tejadasolicitors.com/privacy-policy/)“
   By subscribing you agree to receive our promotional marketing materials and agree
   with out {privacypage}. You may unsubscribe at any time.
 * When I’ve filled all form and I send it, I receive the form correctly but the
   contact doesn’t insert in the list that that I choosed before.
 * I don’t get any error or message.
 * Can you help me?

 * I fill in the contact from and tick the correctly configured box for newsletter
   
   I get a ‘please confirm’ email correctly configured I click on that and get taken
   to my success page.
 * But I am not added to mailpost as a subscriber
