• I installed the plugin and followed the instructions from ShipTime, but whenever I try to “Connect” the plugin to ShipTime’s servers I get the following error:

    Exceptionjava.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot call sendRedirect() after the response has been committed org.apache.catalina.connector.ResponseFacade.sendRedirect(ResponseFacade.java:488) com.shiptime.ui.server.servlets.DirectAppAuthServlet.doGet(DirectAppAuthServlet.java:133) javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:634) javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:741) org.apache.tomcat.websocket.server.WsFilter.doFilter(WsFilter.java:52) com.shiptime.ui.server.servlets.GWTCacheControlFilter.doFilter(GWTCacheControlFilter.java:52) com.shiptime.ui.server.servlets.GWTCacheControlFilter.doFilter(GWTCacheControlFilter.java:52) ch.qos.logback.classic.selector.servlet.LoggerContextFilter.doFilter(LoggerContextFilter.java:70)

    Their tech support said I needed to whitelist some IPs as my firewall was preventing ShipTime servers from contacting my WP Engine server. There are no records on my access logs that ShipTime servers tried to connect. Whitelisting the IPs did nothing to fix the issue.

    I can see that my WooCommerce store shows up on ShipTime’s dashboard, and I can even enable/disable live rates, but I cannot use any shipping methods related to ShipTime on my store.

    This plugin is buggy and non-functional.
