# Plugin doesn’t work for me

 * I tried the free plugin on 2 different sites on different hosting and it did 
   the same thing for both – it got all the way through and then couldn’t connect
   to the database. This was after the database test was good. If it was just on
   one hosting I would think the hosting was the problem, but it happened on 2 different
   ones. I’m through trying it.

 * That is quite odd… Did you have the exact same password for both setups or where
   they different? Right now there is a bug that is being fixed for passwords that
   contain utf8 characters. If you want to submit a [support ticket](https://snapcreek.com/ticket)
   for this issue we can have a closer look at your setup. Please provide a link
   to this thread when submitting the ticket.
