# Plugin doesn’t work for me

 * Hello,
    the plugin is not working for me, actually I think it’s not installing:
   I download, install and activate it; but instead of having the usual “CookieYes
   | GDPR Cookie Consent” menu item, I only get a “CookieYes” item; if I click on
   it, I get nothing. If I click on “settings” from the list of installed plugins,
   I get nothing but an empty page. Another weird things is that there is no “upgrade
   to pro” link close to the plugin entry in the plugin page. I uninstalled and 
   installed a lot of times, I disabled all the others plugin, but nothing changes.

 * I appreciate you sharing the console screenshot. According to the error message,
   this is being caused by either a browser extension or an Adblocker. Do you use
   any browser extensions or Adblockers? If so, what are they?

   if you could disclose the extension’s/adblocker’s name. To address this issue,
