# Plugin Doesn’t Work Properly

 * I am using the plugin on this site. [http://towerleadership.com/dental-coaching/](http://towerleadership.com/dental-coaching/)
 * The plugin works properly when I am logged into the WordPress dashboard. However
   when I open the site in an incognito window it is not working and the widget 
   does not move.
 * I have cleared my cache. I am using the Avada theme and GoDaddy shared hosting.
